De Beers Group’s lab grown diamond brand, Lightbox, has added new shapes to its loose diamonds range.

Lab grown baguettes and cushion cuts are now available in sizes ranging from half-carat to nearly 2 carats and in all three colours that the brand produces – white, blue and pink.

The shapes join the two other cuts that Lightbox offers – round brilliant and princess.

All Lightbox stones are priced at USD $800 per carat.

The company reported that since the range launched in 2018, customers have consistently been requesting fancy cuts. Lightbox stones are grown in Portland, Oregon using the chemical vapour deposition (CVD) process. Cutting and polishing takes place in India. The pink and blue stones are HPHT-treated after growing to improve their colour.
