The 95th Academy Awards Ceremony saw the stars hit the carpet dressed in their spectacular gowns, suits and of course, adorned in their most dazzling jewellery. This year’s Oscars proved to be a massive event with its well-deserved list of winners, heartfelt speeches, and a wide calibre of celebrities who know what it means to ‘dress to impress’. From Cartier to Bulgari, the stars glitzed under the lights in some very special pieces.
Cara Delevigne
The incredible model-turned-actress, Cara Delevigne wowed viewers with her old Hollywood glamour style look. Cara wore a white gold Bulgari Serpenti necklace which contains two pear-shaped brilliant-cut emeralds and pavé set diamonds. She matched this astonishing necklace with the Bulgari Serpenti diamond bracelet, earrings, and ring that also contains emerald, adding an extra element to this beautiful look.
Deepika Padukone
Cartier was clearly popular for statement pieces this year, with actresses like Deepika Padukone adorning a beautiful Cartier necklace with an eye-catching yellow diamond. Deepika further complimented this statement piece with both a Cartier ring and bracelet to complete her tasteful accessorising.
Michael B Jordan
Brooches for men is a trend that is here to stay. Black Panther actor, Michael B Jordan elevated his tuxedo look with two beautiful Tiffany & Co. brooches. The Bird on a Rock Brooches were absolute showstoppers with one in 18k gold and over 32 carats pink maganite, surrounded by diamonds and pink sapphire. The other brooch, also in 18k gold and with diamonds and pink sapphire, contained over an amazing 58 carats of green tourmaline.
Sofia Carson
Actress and singer, Sofia Carson turned heads in a stunning Chopard necklace. This piece contains seven octagonal emeralds which totalled to over 122 carats, along with the 92 carats of pear-shaped, marquise-cut, baguette-cut, and round-shaped diamonds set in white gold jewellery from Chopard’s Haute Joaillerie Collection.
Sandra Oh
From the Briony Ramond Estate, Sandra Oh stepped out in vintage Harry Winston for this year’s Oscars. The actress wore the stunning 18k gold necklace which is embellished with a large citrine stone and is accompanied by nearly 78 carats in sapphires and 11 carats in diamonds. This stunning vintage Harry Winston necklace was just the piece of jewellery Sandra needed to compliment her stunning outfit.
