Duraflex Group Australia has taken on the distributorship of Dutch jewellery brand Nikki Lissoni in Australia and New Zealand.
Announcing the signing of the distributorship, Duraflex managing director Phil Edwards said he was excited to present the brand renowned for “its high standard of craftsmanship, quality and design” to the local market.
Nikki Lissoni features hand-finished silver, yellow gold and rose gold-plated “interchangeable” pendants and coins in over 150 designs that can be worn in “endless” combinations on necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
Each pendant is fitted with a clasp system which allows the coins (some of which are decorated with Swarovski Elements, enamel, mother of pearl and/or semi-precious stones) to be easily inserted or removed.
Edwards said he discovered the brand at Inhorgenta Munich and the Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair and then decided to import it as “there was nothing else like it in the Australian or New Zealand markets”.
“The brand’s ethos ‘What’s inside counts’ is testament to the individual creativity of combining necklaces, pendants and coins to reflect your personality,” said Edwards.
“Nikki Lissoni offers independent and sophisticated women with a great sense for fashion and style a broad selection of high quality plated jewellery that can be changed over and over again.”
Recommended retail prices for the jewellery in Australia will range from $49 for a silver-plated coin to $179 for the most decorated coin.
“This makes Nikki Lissoni an affordable luxury that can work within every budget,” said Edwards.
DGA will officially launch Nikki Lissoni, which is currently sold in jewellery stores in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, Austria, Thailand, USA and Canada, locally at the JAA International Jewellery Fair in Sydney from September 1-3.
DGA also distributes Thomas Sabo, Spinning Jewelery and Argenta jewellery, Sekonda and Philip Stein watches, Duraflex and Hirsch watch bracelets.
