During her tenure, Kim successfully built a client base of over 400 clients, showcasing her proficiency in business development and client relationship management. Additionally, she co-founded the Women in Jewellery Community, a platform that has empowered over 500 women in the jewellery industry by promoting inclusivity and pathways to success.
Kim’s extensive background in the jewellery sector, coupled with her strong networking skills, positions her to deliver significant value to Retail Edge Consultants’ clients. In her role, Kim’s key objectives for 2024 include establishing strong connections with Retail Edge clients and providing support through training, educational programs, and the delivery of various Retail Edge services, including Edge POS and business consulting.
