Cudworth Enterprises, Australia’s only dedicated men’s jewellery supplier, has appointed MDS Consulting as its distributor in the UK market.
MDS Consulting will distribute the company’s Cudworth Stainless Steel and Hardware brands throughout Great Britain, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
Cudworth Stainless Steel is a “stylish and affordable” jewellery collection incorporating the latest materials such as onyx, mother-of-pearl, carbon fibre, cable wire, mesh, leather and rubber while Hardware by Cudworth features preassembled beaded jewellery and brushed IP-plated jewellery
Cudworth director Darren Roberts said he was confident that the brands would do well in the UK as “Australian and English men’s jewellery tastes were similar.
“We have already opened 12 accounts on our own since exhibiting at the International Jewellery London last year and the Birmingham Spring Fair earlier this year but needed a distributor to do the job properly,” he said.
“We were happy to appoint MDS Consulting as they have a lot of experience in the market and currently distribute a number of quality watch and jewellery brands (Maurice Lacroix, Graham Parmigian, Chimento Jewellery, Technomarine, Philip Stein, MetalCH Graham, Arnold & son, Bedat &Co and Eberhard).
Roberts said that the company is aiming to establish distributorships in South Africa, Europe and US markets as well.
“We have put a lot of time and effort in developing, packaging and marketing Cudworth so we may as well and try and take it to another part of the world,” he said.
