After 13 years selling Gucci jewellery directly to customers in its flagship stores, Gucci Australia has begun wholesaling its products to select jewellery retail stores.
The company plans to stock its jewellery in 10 jewellery stores as well as its seven existing flagship stores in Australia and New Zealand by the end of this year.
Sydney’s Harbourside Jewellers, one of the first independent retailers to stock Gucci in Australia, recently held a cocktail soirée to celebrate the brand’s arrival.
