New Zealand’s leading customer care expert, Dr Ian Brooks, will be the keynote speaker at Nationwide Jewellers ‘Timeout’ conference in Fiji next year.
Nationwide director Barry Jackson said that as a former clinical psychologist with over 35 years of experience in business, Dr Brooks is “well placed to help people understand what it takes to attract, keep and sell more to customers”.
Currently customer care advisor to retail brands such as Diva, Bras n Things, Adairs and Sanity Entertainment, Dr Brooks is the author of 15 books on business management and customer care and an internationally recognised business speaker who “inspires and entertains” over 120 audiences a year in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, Great Britain, Dubai and Brazil.
The ‘Timeout’ conference, which is free for all reward level members of Nationwide Jewellers, is being held at the Sheraton Denarau Resort in late May.
“Now that our keynote speaker has been finalised, we are working on the other seminar sessions and workshops,” said Jackson.
“We are planning a value-packed program for the anticipated 230 members who will be joining us in Fiji next year.”
