The Avstev Group, Australia’s largest privately owned watch distributor, has been appointed the local distributor for BALL Watch.
Established in the US in 1891 by Webster Clay Ball, a jeweller and horologist who created an accurate and uniform system of timekeeping for the country’s railroad system, the brand quickly grew to be recognised as the standard for railroad watches “whenever accuracy in time was required”.
According to Avstev’s Marc Rom, BALL Watch has since evolved into “one of the most respected and established watch brands” while ensuring that its founding spirit – industrial function – is never compromised.
“BALL Watch is focused on building superior timepieces that endure all adverse conditions, and have a vision to be on the wrist of every no-nonsense life adventurer in the search for their destiny,” said Rom.
