Less than a year after opening for business, watch importer Define Watches, has opened a showroom in Brisbane.
According to Define Watches owners Peter Petzold and Lydia Dalle Nogare, the new showroom and office complex allows the company to permanently display its watch collections for “customers and retailers alike”.
“Opening the showroom is a natural progression for the company,” said Petzold.
“We are at the point that we simply need a facility where the various collections can be permanently housed and displayed in the environment they deserve.
“With the number of brands we have, we feel it is important to showcase each in its own right. The showroom has been designed to meet this need. Each watch collection has its own space which makes it so much easier for retailers and customers to assess and evaluate the options before making their decision.
“We have tried to create a relaxed, almost salon feeling in the showroom section of the building to encourage people to take their time and enjoy the selection process and, of course, join us for a coffee and chat as well.”
Petzold said the showroom was initially intended for retailers only but will also service the Brisbane and Queensland sales area until retail centres are established in this zone.
Define Watches imports high-end German watches including Armin Strom, Sothis, Meister Singer, Jorg Schauer, Rainer Brand, Mühle-Glashütte, Sinn and Benzinger.
